Post Writing in a Group:

Finishing involves two activities:

• Editing
• Producing the Final Document

Selecting an Editing Method:

Groups can edit in several ways:

• They can edit as a group
• They can designate an editor

Group editing is a cumbersome process, leading to unnecessary discussions such as whether to use a capital letters for the headings or not and many more like.

Editor can edit in more consistent way and on later stage, draft can be reviewed by Group members.

Questions which require special attention to answer for editing in a group are as follows:

• Who will suggest changes in a draft? One person? an editor? the group?
• Will members meet as a group to edit?
• Who will decide whether or not to accept the changes?

Selecting a final Production Method:

The group must designate:

• One member to oversee the final draft
• One member must collect the drafts
• One should be engaged as a typist and read for typos
• Some one must write the introduction and table of contents
• The bibliography and the visual aids must be added by someone.

The word of Conclusion:

The group writing process will challenge your skills as a writer and person, It can be a pleasant or awful experience. Good planning will enhance your chances of success and you will touch the sky.
